When I work with kids the 3 things I focus on are:

  2. Identifying additional healing opportunities through functional lab tests to make healthy eating even easier for the rest of their life. (Calming the nervous system so it becomes a positive cycle.)

Who is this program for:

  • If you are looking for a quick fix. Most children take time to warm up to new foods. Rushing and forcing your child to eat new foods will cause a negative relationship with foods.

  • If you are not willing to make changes for your whole family. Your child learns from you and if you are teaching your child to eat a new food, it means everyone else is eating it.

  • If you are not ready to commit. Changing and building habits takes time. Some children take a while to get use to a new food.
